IMAMPC'2024 – young researchers support

This form presents a professional opportunity to apply for grants designed to facilitate participation in the IMAMPC'2024 conference. These grants are specifically targeted towards students, PhD candidates, and post-doctoral researchers within five years of their PhD defense. While the program is open to all in these categories, priority will be accorded to students and PhD candidates. It is important to note that eligibility for these grants requires verification of student or PhD candidate status and prior abstract submission. Additionally, please be aware that the grants are exclusive of transportation and accommodation expenses.

The decision to award a grant will be based on the evaluation of the submitted abstract and the information submitted in this form

We acknowledge the support of the Fritz-Haber Institute Max-Planck Gesselshaft in establishing the program.

The conference will take place in Warsaw, on 9-12 July 2024.

The application will be evaluated in three rounds:

On 5 April 2024 we will notify applicants, who submitted their applications before 1 April 2024.
On 30 April 2024, we will notify applicants, who submitted their applications before 26 April 2024.
On 29 May 2024, we will notify applicants, who submitted their applications before 26 May 2024.

Applications not selected in the second round will be assessed in the thirds round.

We estimate providing 20 grants of up to 650 PLN that will lower the conference fee for selected participants. With the positive decision on receiving the grant we will share with you details on how you can access the reduced conference fee.
