The first of two reading groups focused on AUDINT’s collection of essays Unsound:Undead. ≋h≋o≋m≋a≋r≋ research unit will explore the passage between the sound and the unsound known as xenosonics, the flatline of sonic landscapes that converge with socio-economic, political, aesthetic and techno-scientific regimes. Texts selected for the group will engage with these notions in the context of modern technologies.


Pierwszy z warsztatów poświęconych zbiorowej publikacji “Unsound/Undead” kolektywu AUDINT. Jednostka badawcza ≋h≋o≋m≋a≋r≋ podejmie problem granicy pomiędzy przestrzenią dźwięku i nie-dźwięku: ksenosoniki - mrocznego kontinuum, które przekształca krajobrazy soniczne znanych socjo-ekonomicznych, politycznych, estetycznych i techno-naukowych reżimów. Teksty wybrane do omówienia na warsztatach podejmą powyższe zagadnienia w kontekście nowoczesnej technologii.
