Dear participants, please provide main information about your participation in the event. All data provided in this form will be used for the event planning and organization purposes and will be deleted after the conference. At the end of the form you will be able to suggest the organizers will keep your information in the data base for the information in the future.
The organizing institutions shall process participant data according to all applicable laws and regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). By participating in the above-mentioned events, the participants express their explicit consent towards capturing of the event(-s) in form of video footage and photographs. Disagreements with such actions shall be expressed in written form.
