Orders must be submitted by Friday, April 16, 2021 to receive your desired framed diploma(s) by Graduation. Payment is due by April 23, 2021 directly to Cameragraphics. You may call them over the phone to pay for your order at (334) 821 - 2524. When you phone ask for the framing department and tell them you are a VCOM student wanting to pay for your frame(s).

You will receive two physical copies of your diploma. You may choose to have neither, one, or both framed. If you choose to fill out this form and are marked as "paid" by Cameragraphics then your diploma(s) will be taken to Cameragraphics to have it professionally placed within the frame(s).

If you place an order on this form, but do not pay Cameragraphics by April 23, 2021 you will not have a frame made for you. The Student Services Coordinator will offer notification over time if your order has not been marked as "paid".

You are not eligible to receive your frame until after you have completed all curriculum requirements and have been listed as graduated. This means that you will be able to pick up your frame from the school after graduation in the room where diplomas are being given out.
