12th Annual College Park Free Blues Festival - Vendor Opportunity Form 11/9/19
Fill out this CPBF Vendor Form to request 10x10 booth space.  If space is available, you will be contacted to pay for the booth space.

Sorry - no food or beverage vendors - UMD sells food and drinks.

Vendor space is available in 2 locations - the main floor and upstairs.  

Vendor fees depend on booth location, electricity needs, and when payment is received.

Form Entry received before / after 9-8-19:
   
1st Floor             $60 / $75  
Lighting is dimmed and vendors are in the same room as music.
(Battery operated lights and well-marked prices are suggested.)  
$75 to request space with electric outlet (bring extension cord)

2nd Floor            $50 / $65
Upstairs in lobby.  
Elevator and stairs provide access to upstairs

Please note that we try to provide variety for our Blues customers and will limit the number of vendors selling the same product.

Setup is available from 2pm - 4pm and must arrive by 4pm and be ready to sell by 5pm. The doors open at 5:00pm and the music runs from 6pm-11pm.  

VENDORS:
You will be contacted if space is available.

You do Not have a space until you receive email confirmation from cp@dcblues.org 
 
Booth space is in the Coliseum in the same space as the stage.  Each vendor space is approximately 10x10 feet.  

Vendors provide their own setup (table and chairs etc.), maintenance and removal.   CHAIRS MUST HAVE PROTECTED FEET (i.e. Rubber covers)

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own cash for change.

The room will have DIMMED ceiling lighting. Battery operated lights and descriptive signage with prices are suggested.  

If you purchased electric, bring lights, multi-outlet, heavy duty extension cords, and rug to cover and prevent tripping hazard, etc.
 
Ritchie Coliseum has a side door for loading in and free parking behind the building.  Please quickly unload and move your vehicle to allow others to do the same.  

Please don't use parking spots close to the building after unloading.  Use the parking spots near the back of the parking lot so there are nearby parking spots for customers.

WHO:  
Bands include the DC Blues Society Battle of the Bands winners, plus vendors, craft beers, prizes, and a guitar raffle!
