This is where we'll need to hone in on different personas as there are going to be different and specific personas depending on each product/ types of products.

BRANDING

Who are your BIGGEST competitors, both direct and in-direct?

PRODUCT
We want to get to know the product to the BEST of our abilities, and truly affirm our beliefs in your product and it's benefits.
List the main benefits/ functionalities of your product(s). If you have various products with different benefits, list 3 for each.
What sets your product(s) apart from your competitors (aka USP). It can range from certain features to just the overall experience/ customer service.
BUYERS
This is where we get to know in-depth the different types of people you're trying to reach. Will MASSIVELY impact the results that we are able to generate, as through this we are able to speak directly to the potential customer, identify and hone in on their pain points.
What Personas could be considered as potential buyers? Please be as detailed as you can.
What are their intentions with purchasing the product? i.e are they buying a solution or a feeling?
What are the problems they currently face? This isn't limited to just problems that you're helping them solve, more so in a general sense.
How do they deal with said problems currently?
What are their fears, frustrations, and truths that are difficult to admit, directly related to the problems you are solving?
What are their pain points/ what do they stress about on a regular basis?
What is the worst-case scenario if your ideal customer is unable to solve their problem?
What would their DREAM solution look like, to the point where price becomes irrelevant to them?
What would their situation be like if they achieved their  goal/ solved their problem?
What will they be able to do, obtain or accomplish if they were able to reach their dream situations? i.e. massive confidence boost, increased performance, diminished insecurity etc.
