Please fill out this form so we can start planning our Music Department trip to Nashville in 2023.  We know the students are really looking forward to this trip, and so are we!

Our Nashville tour is five days/four nights, with our last overnight stay in St. Louis.  Some of the attractions we plan to visit  are the Country Music Hall of Fame, Studio B (where Elvis recorded), the Grand Ole Opry, the Hermitage, the National Blues Museum, and the St. Louis City Museum.

What we need from you now:
Please check with your student and make sure they are enrolled in Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 semesters of band and/or choir.  Only students who are enrolled for the complete academic year will be eligible to participate.  
If your student is not currently enrolled, but wishes to be, please contact Ms. Beam and/or Mrs. Davis, and Mrs. Floerchinger.

We have already noted some students are missing from our roster.  After contacting those students, they  confirmed their intent to enroll.  Please check with your student so we don’t miss adding him or her.

Please fill out the attached parent permission form (one per family/guardian) about attending and turn it in to us ASAP.  Once we have established the size of the touring group, our travel agent will be able to help us plan fees & expenses, and we will share that information with you as soon as possible.

Do you have a great fundraising idea?  Would you like to volunteer with a great group of fun, amazing people?  Keep an eye open for opportunities to participate in Treynor Music Booster activities.

This is a wonderful opportunity for building camaraderie among our ensembles and developing our skills as musicians.  We hope all our students are able to participate.  Please let us know if we can help you with questions or concerns.
