Running and Wellness
This event will be on Monday, November 25th at 12pm in Olson Auditorium.

In this lunch and learn session we will be learning about the benefits of running and other aerobic exercise. There will an emphasis on evidence based research on improvements on mood, stress, heart health, and overall well-being. A plant-based lunch will be provided for everyone in attendance. This event is sponsored by Osmosis.
