疊層（Strata）為本次線上展覽的主要核心，錄像的世界中，時間作為媒材特性的感知方法學，藉由觀影的時間疊加，我們的觀看形構成特殊的經驗體，這樣的經驗體猶如地質學中提到疊層（Strata），是經由長時間的累積成特殊的岩狀結構體，透過剖面，我們可以看到時間的力道，而在錄像作品中，藝術家用時間的力道所壓縮的某種經驗述說特定的議題，啟動觀者新的思辨方法與感知能力。

Strata is regarded as the core of this exhibition. In the world of moving images, the dimension of time provides this media a very specific way of perception. Such perception could be understood through the phenomena of geographical strata: through ages of sedimentation, a unique form of rock bands emerges--through cuts, the strength of time reveals itself to us. While watching moving image work, the accumulated time spent on which produces a particular strata of experience. In such works, via the strength of time, artists compress various experiences into which to narrate specific issues, in order to create a new way of dialectic and different ability of perception for each viewer.
