2021-22 RCHS Interact Board
POSITIONS (and how many people can be in each position)
President (1):
-submit agenda & run meetings with enthusiasm
-provide ideas for projects
-delegate responsibilities
-ensure that activities & projects are successfully promoted/carried out
-communicate with the rotarian or faculty advisor & district interact chair
Vice President (1):
-preside in absence of president
-contact volunteers for projects
Vice president/district representative (1):
-communicate with the district council
-communicate with other school’s interact clubs to collaborate on events or fundraisers
Secretary (2):
-keep track of meeting attendance
-maintain club records (membership, service hours, dues, school forms, etc.)
Treasurer (2):
-count & deposit money from fundraisers
-maintain account record & report status at meetings (money on hand at beginning of month, income and source, payments: for what and to whom)
-prepare an end of the year report
Webmaster (1):
-manage the remind, instagram, and club website
-take pictures at events
Shadow (3):
-observe another member of the board to learn the specifics of the position and to prepare for the next year
*all members of the board will help to provide service event and fundraiser ideas, take pictures at events, and recruit members
