In an effort to serve your family better and to abide by all of the COVID guidelines the Archdiocese has asked us to fulfill, we have created this registration form. Filling out this form will allow us to make sure you are receiving the most up to date information as well as prevent you from filling out excessive forms for St. John.

Once your registration is complete, you will be invited to join a small group. There are in-person and digital small groups available.

There is no cost to register for Antioch.
