Participants are being challenged to run, jog, or walk for 30 minutes daily during the week of May 11th-15th.
All participants must track the amount of time they ran, jogged or walked on a tracking sheet.
Tracking sheets will be emailed once this participation form is submitted.
Tracking sheets must be emailed to
jogathon@oceaa.org by no later than May 15th, the last day of the virtual Jog-a-thon.
