The 2021 event kicks off on Friday, November 5, from 6:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. On Saturday, November 6, the doors will be open from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Please let your customers know they are invited to attend both Friday night and Saturday. All proceeds benefit the BCCWA Scholarship Foundation the sole purpose of which is awarding scholarships to deserving high school graduates.
Vendor Booth Fee for the 2-day event: Single Booth - $175 Double Booth - $275
Electricity can be provided to the booth for an additional $25 fee.
One 6' or 8' table and up to 2 chairs provided per booth. Table covers are not provided.
Single Booth can be shared by 2 vendors.
Double Booth cannot be shared by 2 vendors.
Vendor booth space is limited. We accept applications for vendors with merchandise appropriate to our event on a "first come, first served" basis.
Vendor setup time is from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Friday, November 5. Please arrive no earlier than 1:30 p.m. for setup and complete your setup no later than 5:30 p.m.
Vendors are REQUIRED to donate an item for the Silent Auction valued at $50 or more, (No Gift Certificates Please). If 2 vendors are sharing a single space, both vendors are required to donate an item.
Vendors will be listed in the 2021 Market Days Brochure which is given to those attending the event if application and payment are received before the brochure goes to press. For information on purchasing an advertisement in the brochure, please send an email to
