We are pleased to invite you to a masterclass with the current champion of Luxembourg, participant of multiple international tournaments, World Cups and Grand Prix, as well as European and World Championships - Elizaveta Iampolskaia.

Masterclass programme:
                       • warm up;
                       • exercises for physical preparation;
                       • work with engines - masteries and risks;
                       • questions and answers about rhythmic gymnastics
                       (prepare your questions in advance please)

Masterclass participants:
Gymnasts born in 2009 and younger from any sports club.

Requirements:
Hair should be in a bun or braid
Sportswear for rhythmic gymnastics (shorts, leggings, T-shirt)
Half-shoes (alternatively white socks)
Have with you your hoop, ball and clubs
Bring also weights for feet

For Rythmo Cats  gymnasts, participation in the master class is free.
For gymnasts from other clubs the cost of participation is 20 euros.
