Rental begins 5 days after checkout. This form needs to be submitted and reviewed before panel can be shipped out to you. *
Upon receipt, please email hi@grittybeauty.com the day you receive the panel - if you do not, you will be held entirely responsible if the panel goes missing. *
Once you receive the panel, you are responsible for keeping the original shipping box, carrying case, the panel itself, manual, and any parts in like-new condition. *
To see the maximum acne and anti-aging benefits use the panel 5 minutes for the first 10 days, and then 10 minutes a day for 10 days. Continue to use panel 5-20 minutes 2-3 times a week thereafter. Results vary. *
You can rent the panel for up to 9 months max - you will be charged $200 a month. You may return the panel at anytime, but if you request return mid-month, you will be charged for the full month. No refunds. *
When you want to return the panel, please email hi@grittybeauty.com to request a complimentary shipping label. The panel must be shipped back in the original box with all original parts in like-new condition You will be automatically charged for missing parts or damage. *
The Renter is responsible for replacement costs of damaged, missing or permanently stained rental equipment. In the event Gritty Beauty institutes legal proceedings to recover missing property or damages arising from the contract, we will be able to recover Legal fees along with any additional costs to damaged equipment. Test and (or) Repair Charges – If returned equipment appears broken due to misuse, a test and repair charge may be charged for inspection, testing and minor repairs required to return the Equipment to service. This charge will be payable at the end of this agreement. If the equipment cannot be repaired, the customer will be notified and will be responsible for the designated replacement cost of the Equipment. *
