ICRA Equipment Lending Request
As part of our objective to promote community development, ICRA allows residential leaders, including RAs/HAs and Res Council members to borrow equipment from our office to support their events.

Please read the following equipment rental guidelines before filling out this form:
  • Requests must come from an RA/HA, ADRL, DRL, or residential student leader or staff member representing a Res Council or residential life office. If requests come from a student leader, an ADRL from the residential area will be contacted to confirm the event equipment will be used for is an approved res life sponsored event. 
  • Requests must be for use for an official res life event or activity. No items will be loaned out for personal use or use for events or activities for clubs or organizations not affiliated with a res life organization or office.
  • Items approved to be loaned out to a residential area/residential student leader will be confirmed by reservation confirmation email from AssetTiger. Please wait until you receive this email approval before coming to the office to collect items.
  • Items can be picked up the same week as your event, but all items must be returned within 2 business days of your event (Mon-Fri). For example, if your event occurs on a Saturday you can pick up the items on the Wednesday before the event, and the items need to be returned by Tuesday after your event. 
  • Requests are processed in the order they are received. If another area is using an item it may not be available for your event and we will email you that your request is unavailable at the time of your request. 
  • Items will NOW be picked up from and then returned to the ICRA and NRHH NEW office in PEPPER CANYON WEST, building VELA (near Gilman Parking Structure). Please note that due to our ongoing move, we may need to decline certain requests or take a bit longer to process them. We appreciate your patience as we adjust to our new space.   • Requests MUST be made 14 days prior to your event. You can still send in a request before your event, but we cannot guarantee approval for leasing ICRA’s equipment.
  • Requests WILL BE DENIED if they are made less than 5 days prior to your event. 
  • DISCLAIMER: Any items that are returned damaged, with missing parts, or un-cleaned may result in charges to your respective residential life office for the cost of replacement of the items. 
  • Multiple occurrences of missing/damaged returns may result in the loss of ability for student leaders to check out items in the future.
