Thank you for your interest in Dance Camp at Affinity Dance Unlimited! Please fill out the following form for each dancer that wishes to attend. You may select multiple weeks. Half day camps are from 8:30am until 12pm and cost $175 per week. Full day camps are from 8:30am until 4:30pm and cost $220 per week. Please note that a $50 deposit per week is required to hold your spot. Once you have completed this form, an email with further instructions on completing enrollment, payment information and itinerary will be sent to the email provided.
