A survey regarding the changes (or lack thereof) that have occurred in the craft beer/wine/spirits industry since @Ratmagnet (Brienne Allen) spoke out about harassment against women, minorities, and the LGBTQIA+ communities in the craft beer industry and invited others to share their story. You can supply as much or as little identifying information as you wish.
