This form is for pastors, youth directors and clerks of session to nominate youth from their congregation to be a part of the 2022 Presbytery of the Miami Valley delegation to the Presbyterian Youth Triennium to be held July 24-27, 2022 at the Indianapolis Convention Center in Indianapolis, IN.

Eligible youth are currently in grades 8-12 and should be mature enough to navigate a large downtown environment by themselves. The cost for this event will be split three ways between the church, student/family and presbytery.

Once this form has been received by the Presbytery Registrar, the student and student's parents will be contacted about the formal registration process. Nominating a student does not guarantee them a spot in the delegation, but thankfully in recent years we have not had to pick and choose. If we have more students interested than spots available, priority will be given to older students who will not be eligible to participate in 2025.
