All sessions are scheduled from 3:30p - 5:00p at the Madison Track and Football Field. We have to follow VERY strict check-in guidelines for these sessions so please review the rules thoroughly. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to email Coach Zanellato (

3:30p-4:00p Athlete Check In
4:00p-5:00p Yellow Day / Conditioning Session
5:00p-5:15p Athlete Dismissal
- Full session participation limited to 50 people, including coaches
- Athletes must sign up to participate so training groups can be pre-assigned
- Check in will be training group and must be in groups no more than 10
- Cars are to line up single file in front of the track entrance
- Athletes must remain in their car until Coach conducts the mandatory health screening
- Each athlete will have their temperature tested with a contactless thermometer
- Each athlete must bring 32oz of water to participate; water will not be provided
- Each athlete will be asked a series of YES/NO COVID19 symptom related questions
- If athlete is cleared to participate, they can leave their car and join their group
- For self-driving athletes, they must line up in their car and can park once cleared
- Athletes in each group must remain socially distant at all times
- At session completion, athletes will be dismissed individually to their respective cars
