All conversations are confidential. If you need to refer client information to your mentor, please change the name of the person and their dog and don't divulge their information to your mentor unless you have written permission from your client to do so.
Sessions are priced at €55 per hour and an invoice will be issued after your session.

Cancellations happen, but in the instance of a cancellation, we may request payment for your rescheduled session is received prior to confirmation of appointment.

Snout & About are a regulated, ethical and welfare focused organisation. If you're looking to move away from using aversive tools in your training then we would love to discuss this with you and help you on your journey to training success. We do however, reserve the right to refuse support to businesses whose ethics and codes of conduct do not align with our own. Please refer to the IAABC code of conduct for more information.

This mentor support is not a qualification and we ask all mentee's not to advertise their services as approved by Snout and About or other language that may suggest as such. This is designed to help you help your business and does not hold weight in CEU's or accreditation for you business at this time.
