2023 Summer SPED CAMP
Region 16's SPED Team is excited to bring you 2023 SPED CAMP - IN PERSON for the first time since 2019! 

 We are thrilled to have your support for the conference as a sponsor/exhibitor. This two day conference will bring together Special Education teachers, administrators, district personnel, paras and more! 

Fees: 
Standard booth fee will be $100. 
Non Profit Vendors will receive a booth for free. 
Vendors who donate door prizes will be given a chance to speak in front of all participants at either the opening or closing ceremony. 
Placement of booths will be organized based on order of receipt of this form. First sign up first serve basis. 
Additional sponsorship opportunities will also include priority placement. 



If you need to be billed for your vendor fee, we will need a current W9 via this secure link, please visit r16.us/w9 and your info will be sent directly to our business office. The system will not alert us to a new W9 - once filled out, please email us at casey.tague@esc16.net
