You can obviously decide what role you want if you're chosen! You can take on multiple roles, too. But again, keep in mind that you can just do this in your spare time if you want! So it should be enjoyable and something you like doing/what you're already good at. And when I form that team we'll probably decide things as a team, but I'll be leading it lol.

Here are the roles and their descriptions.

Instagram/promotion:
You would have access to a group instagram account and would put the stories up there with their descriptions given to you by the reviewers. You'd probably be contacting people via instagram as well to tell them that their review is done and if they want it posted. You'd probably be working on promoting the instagram as well.

Organization:
You're just gonna help make sure everyone doesn't get mixed up in what they're supposed to be doing. It might get confusing with the amount of stories. I don't want people arguing over things so I want to make it more clean and have one or more people just solely focused on the organization side of it. You'd be overseeing the form and probably assigning stories to certain people and keeping track of what stories need to be reviewed and which ones are already finished. You'd be working with the instagram people as well.

Story reviewers:
There are subsets to this because there are different types of reviewers. I offer really lengthy reviews most of the time and honest ones but not everyone does it that way which I understand. But I do want you to be able to be brutally honest but also kind and constructive.

You might be really good and writing and have a good understanding of how to craft a story. Or you could be a person who's really good at grammar and spot directing so your only commentary might just be on that.

I am looking for more people who would be interested in this from a writer/reader standpoint but I'd be definitely open to a grammar person! But the grammar person would probably have to comb through each story which I don't want to put someone through unless they really want to do it.

But yeah, this would be the bulk of the team. We're still gonna have to work out how we want to do reviews because we all review in different ways but we can definitely figure that out!
