FALL EARLY LITERACY SURVEY #1
We are asking participants in the Play, Learn, and Grow Together (PLGT) groups and/or ParentChild+ home visitation  program to complete this survey at the start and end of your group and/or home visitation program.  The goal of the Early Childhood Alliance of Framingham (ECAF), a Coordinated Family and Community Engagement grant funded program, is to assist parents in learning how to support the early learning development of their child(ren), promote family literacy, and be school ready on Day 1 of Kindergarten.  This survey is a tool to help you, the parent and your child(ren)’s  first teacher, assess if you are achieving this goal. Thank you for taking the time to complete this short survey!
