Students living inside the Hawks View attendance area will receive the same transportation options as all other Hawks View students.  The district is gathering information regarding the possibility of providing transportation for students who live outside of the Hawks View attendance area for the Dual Language Immersion students.

Class Composition: Two-Way Dual Immersion programs aim to have a class composite comprised of 50% native Spanish speakers or bilingual Spanish-speaking students and 50% native English or students whose native language is other than Spanish.  If there are not 50% Native Spanish-speaking students enrolled, those slots will not be filled with English-speaking students or students whose native language is other than Spanish.
1.  Priority will be given to students who live in the Hawks View attendance boundary.
2.  If there are more applicants than slots available, a lottery will be held.
3.  Applicants that did not get into the program will be placed on a waiting list with the ordering determined by a lottery.

Composición de la clase: Los programas de Inmersión Dual tienen como objetivo tener una composición compuesta por un 50% de hablantes nativos de español o estudiantes bilingües de habla hispana y un 50% de inglés nativo o estudiantes cuyo idioma nativo no sea el español. Si no hay un 50% de estudiantes nativos de habla hispana matriculados, esos espacios no se llenarán con estudiantes de habla inglesa o estudiantes cuya lengua materna no sea el español.
1. Se dará prioridad a los estudiantes que viven en la area de asistencia de Hawks View.
2. Si hay más solicitantes que cupos disponibles, se realizará una lotería.
