2023-2024 Mission Collegiate High School Admission Application
Mission Collegiate High School will identify, recruit, and enroll students who are identified as at-risk as defined by the Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS). Students applying to Mission Collegiate High School will have the opportunity to earn an Associate’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies free of charge while earning a high school diploma. Students applying to the Mission Collegiate Health Science Academy will be afforded the opportunity to pursue certifications in the health science field free of charge.

Students interested in attending either program at Mission Collegiate High School must
submit application via online by: February 28, 2023.

Parent Meeting for ALL interested parents of current 8th graders: February 9, 2023 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at MCHS Cafeteria.

Preferred MCHS Candidates will:
1) Be first generation college students
2) Be of low socioeconomic status

To apply students must:
1) Be a first-time 9th grader in the school year 2023-2024
2) Complete the application and submit online
3) Have parent/guardian attend the parent information session

I understand the MCISD ECHS will focus on rigorous college preparatory work and dual/concurrent enrollment in college courses. I also understand this high school will offer some courses at South Texas College and students may be transported to
and from the ECHS. We understand that we are making a commitment to attend this campus for the first year.
* We understand that placement at Disciplinary Alternative Education Center will result in automatic removal from MCHS.
