All individuals wishing to coach for the 2023 - 2024 SV Slow Pitch Softball Club Team must complete an application.

By submitting this form, you understand that coaches are required to pass background checks and CPR/first aid/concussion training.

By submitting this form, you understand that coaches are required to assist with tryouts in August and are committing to be available for practices two times per week starting in August and weekend games starting in September.
