Survey - The Under Utilized Workforce

INYAS promotes Science education and networking among young scientists at National as well as International level. INYAS is attempting a survey to explore

(i) reasons for trained personnel not working presently
(ii) motivation  for working beyond the retirement age
(iii) identify challenges, trends and gaps and propose recommendations for positive change

If you are skilled workforce of India who are unable to work currently and want to reenter the workforce or have had a break in the past. We would like to hear your, experience and thoughts on how we can come together to create change!
