Employee Relations Team Topic Submission Form
The purpose of the Pleasantville Employee Relations Team (ERT) is strengthen relationships in the district through open, transparent communication and problem solving.

Members of the ERT offer input, find solutions, and provide an opportunity for feedback to district administration on issues that relate to working conditions and the Employee Handbook.

Staff may submit requests, ideas, or concerns to the ERT through the use of this form. Topics submitted through this form will be discussed at the following ERT meeting. The ERT meets monthly on the first Wednesday of every month at 3:45 pm in the PHS library.  

Staff who submit topics for the ERT are asked to focus on issues, not people.  Staff are also asked to submit suggested solutions on topics they submit.

Appropriate topics for discussion and problem solving at ERT meetings include:
* Physical work environment
* Staff morale
* Health and safety
* Employee Handbook
* Supplies and equipment
* Transportation
* Food Service
* Maintenance
* General suggestions for improvement

Topics not appropriate for ERT include:
* Active grievances
* Any topic under litigation
* Topics covered through the formal negotiations process
