Semen Sample Donation for Research-skills training Project
Hi!

Would you like to help our students and at the same time get a free semen analysis and a $20 shopping voucher!
We are Master of Clinical Embryology students and there's few of us about to embark on  research projects, comparing a new selection method with the more commonly used density gradient. We are seeking a number of sperm donors over the next 5-6 weeks. If you are able to help us by donating, or recruiting donations from partners/friends/family, it would be greatly appreciated. As part of this, you will receive a free basic unofficial semen analysis assessment (please note this should not be regarded as a diagnostic analysis). Also to show our appreciation, the EPRD has kindly offered a $20 gift voucher for each donation.  We hope to get samples on  Wednesdays and Fridays, , 9th, 11th,16th and 18th August. Please make your selection at the bottom of the form. Regular would be good, but one off ok too.

Samples will only be used for sperm separation and will  be discarded at the end of the analysis. Please note samples will not (and cannot) be used for fertilisation purposes by Australian Law.
Samples will be labelled with a code thus no personal information about the donors will be on the pots when analysed in the lab   (only staff and 3 MCE students involved in the project will have the linking infomation). Students will contact you re pot pick up. A staff member will contact you with results within a week, vouchers will be deleivered by email at the end of the project.

Please contact Dr Sally Catt (0416821654, sally.catt@monash.edu), Dr Fab Horta (0432 533 334, fabrizzio.horta@monash.edu) or Dr Kiri Beilby (0436026446), kiri.beilby@monash.edu) for further information
