10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (All vendors must be set up by 9:30 a.m. and must leave by 4:00 p.m.)

10' x 10' space = $25.00 - Payment in full due upon acceptance of application.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Vendors must provide their own shelters, tables, chairs, etc.  Electricity is limited.

Your digital signature below demonstrates that you apply to the Piute County Fair/Butch Cassidy Days to sell goods, services, or conduct activities on the Piute County Fairgrounds during the County Fair in Junction during the Saturday Midway activities on August 5, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to closing that afternoon.  VENDORS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER AT 6:00 A.M. ON AUGUST 5, 2023 AND MUST LEAVE THE PARK BY 4:00 P.M. THAT SAME DAY.  NO VENDORS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS.  Failure to comply will result in immediate removal of the booth, possible fines and will not be allowed to participate in the future.  Any vendor who is found to be rude or disrespectful to fair staff, community members or other vendors will be removed and not allowed to participate in the future.

This application is not a guarantee of participation.  All vendor applications will be reviewed by the Piute County Fair committee and are subject to approval.  If approved, FEES MUST BE PAID WITHIN TWO WEEKS of receipt of email acknowledgement.  If fees are not paid in full before the due date, your space will be released for other vendors.  ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

This application is for the Midway activities on Saturday, August 5, 2023 ONLY.  This does not apply for any other events or activities during the week of the Piute County Fair.
