Thank you for your interest in joining us for an ISD 199 School Board Listening Session! If you intend to speak with district board members, please fill out this form 48 hours prior to a scheduled Listening Session. This ensures we have the appropriate district leaders in attendance to help answer questions and address concerns.

• Depending on the number of forms submitted, the meeting facilitator may set time limits to
        ensure all topics are addressed during the scheduled Listening Session.
• If multiple people wish to speak on the same topic, the board members may ask that a
        spokesperson be designated to allow more time for discussion.
• While comments and questions on issues are welcome, law prohibits the board from
        discussing concerns about individual employees or students in public meetings. Please
        forward comments regarding individuals to the superintendent.
• If additional conversation or follow-up is necessary, the superintendent (or designee) will direct
        a staff member to contact you.
