Making A Payment

A minimum deposit of $200 is due upon registration. Full payment is due by February 22, 2023

Registration Policy

• Your EARLY registration and deposit demonstrate your intention, save your place, and support the course delivery

• Repeat attendance of any course is half price

• The full balance for a course is due on February 22, 2023

• If you cancel your registration before February 22nd, you have two options:
1. You may transfer your payment to another course
2. You may request a deposit refund (subject to a $50 administrative fee)

• If you cancel your registration for any reason after February 22nd, no refund/transfer is offered, unless given explicit and prior approval from both the teacher and the local organizer

• If we cancel the course for any reason, all course fees paid will be refunded in full

• We reserve the right to cancel a course that does not meet minimum participant requirements

•We strongly advise making refundable travel arrangements
