PRESIDENT: The President is the principle executive officer of the organization and will coordinate the work of the officers and committee managers. The President presides at the Executive Board and General Membership meetings and serves as the primary contact to the principal.
VICE PRESIDENT-FUNDRAISING: Will plan and coordinate Fall and Spring fundraisers and the Fun Run, and oversee Spirit Nights and Bear Wear sales. The VP will also preside over meetings in the absence of the President.
VICE PRESIDENT-PROGRAMS: Responsible for booking assemblies and coordinating any applicable payments through the treasurer, coordinating the Fall Festival, and organizing/managing Family events (ex. Bingo & Silent Auction Night, Family Dance)
SECRETARY: Keeps records of the organization, takes and records meeting minutes. The secretary also creates the agenda for each meeting.
TREASURER/CO-TREASURER: The treasurer will receive all funds of the organization, keep an accurate record of receipts and expenditures, and pay out funds as authorized by the President or Executive Board. The Treasurer shall present a written financial report at every meeting. At least one of the Co-Treasurers MUST be familiar with Quickbooks.
COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR: Make regular updates to our PTO website and Facebook pages, and create a monthly PTO article.
VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR: Recruit volunteers and be responsible for the existing volunteer system. Creates and sends out requests for volunteers via SignUp Genius and paper notices.
APPRECIATIONS: Plan and coordinate appreciation events for teachers and staff. Spearhead Teacher Appreciation Week.
LEGISLATIVE LIAISON: Provide reports of the Stafford County School Board & Board of Supervisors as information relates to our school.

COORDINADOR DE VOLUNTARIOS: Reclute voluntarios y sea responsable del sistema de voluntarios existente. Crea y envía solicitudes de voluntarios a través de SignUp Genius y avisos en papel.
APRECIACIONES: Planifique y coordine eventos de apreciación para maestros y personal. Semana de reconocimiento a los maestros de punta de lanza.
ENLACE LEGISLATIVO: Proporcionar informes de la Junta Escolar del Condado de Stafford y la Junta de Supervisores cuando la información se relacione con nuestra escuela.
