waterybeings invites you on a walk that delves into the veins of water-management history and different urban contexts in which we meet visible and invisible water-bodies.

Together we will walk through the city centre while taking water as verbs. Celebrate its multiplicities and ambiguities by opening ourselves to resonate with the buildings, walkways,  bricks, stories, boundaries, anecdotes, and their watery leakages.

We will flow with the veins of the city across time, encountering the historical eruptions congregating in reservoirs. We will follow the canals to see how they are made to gravitate towards different power-houses. The ever-expanding water takes and is overtaken by land in different forms: moat, pond, gate, bank, island etc etc. Be surprised by the splatters that escape our captures.

How do you hold water? If you feel like it, you can bring a (conceptual) water-carrier along.

This walk is tailored for maximum 15 participants.
