Return to School Parent/Guardian Survey
This survey is being sent in order to gather information concerning your level of comfort in sending your child/children to Lincoln Elementary or Lincoln Junior Senior High in the fall.  Student, staff, family safety is our top goal as we consider our options for school beginning this August.  We believe it is important for you to have a voice in this process, although we understand that families may very well be in different places with their own comfort levels.

Please complete a separate survey for each school aged child so we may be aware if you have different comfort levels with different buildings.

Please understand that we will be constantly monitoring the day to day situation in Lincoln County and consulting health officials.  This pandemic is constantly changing and it is anyone's guess what might transpire in the next 30 days that will affect schools.  We commit to you that we will be diligent in our efforts to make the best possible decisions to insure that we can keep our students as safe as reasonably possible.
