Meet your coach (and VOX singer) Eileen Dorn at Alliance Culver City to learn the basics of Strikefit, an exercise program based on the principles of Krav Maga. The gym is well-ventilated with high ceilings and large, open loading dock doors to improve circulation. Any fitness level welcome!
