I'm Troy Wayland with Wayland Entertainment and this is my passion project! I've been owner, product manager, media manager, shipping and receiving,  you name it, for Wayland Entertainment since inception and now I need help.

The company is not big enough to take on employees, nor pay per hour for contracted work. And what I need right now is a couple people that understand the card/board/dice game world and how to interact with the audience.

Why Wayland Entertainment?
What I can offer working with me is a relaxed environment and professional team experience. Outside of expectations for Social Media, I make sure to keep the team up-to-date with deadlines and progress on each project.

I also offer revenue share on net profit from Wayland Entertainment on the products that you work with. Seeing how I can't pay an hourly wage, we will all be in the same boat with revenue share.

There will also be:
-Free Games for the product(s) that your working on
-a sense of accomplishment with concept to production with both physical and digital products
-growth of a new company
-individual growth
-outside of the box thinking

My only requirements are that you bring:

-2+ years expertise in the position that you apply for
