Chaffee County EMS is distributing free N95 respirators to the community.

You must come to Chaffee County EMS between Noon - 1pm on Monday 01/03/2022, at 10364 CR 120, Salida CO. to pick them up.

They will be distributed in a pack of 4 N95's per person. This is limited to the first 100 people to sign up. If 100 people sign up, responses to this form will be disabled.

If you would like to receive an N95, please sign up below. Every person who wants a 4-pack must sign up as supplies are limited, but they do not have to be present - you can pick up N95's for friends and family.

Theses are one size fits most adults.

Unfortunately there are no pediatric N95's.
