Greetings! Thanks for checking out the Baltics Welcome Committee Application. Welcome Committee members are essentially friendly staff members who act similar to General Helpers. These staff do not moderate, but instead answer simpler questions (such as "what is a show name" "how do I make a kennel?"  "what should I name this reindeer?") and generally try to interact with the community as a whole. This position is primarily geared for those who have never been on a staff team or for those who want to be more involved but are unsure where to start. This position runs with the expectation you will be active enough to communicate to members through Discord, so being on the platform is a must!

Essentially, this position will be whatever you make and take out of it. If you are accepted to the team, you will be staff for both Huskies and Reindeer, though you can choose how involved you are with either!

As with other staff members, you will receive full staff perks, including a monthly custom and monthly balance of bells added to your site account!
