Steer is an empowerment centered initiative that develops /& implements programs that are critical to driving social change and contributing to sustainable development. We are focused on steering access to education at all levels, provision of skills development to women and young people, and organization of social outreaches to address community challenges and support disaster reliefs. We work where change is needed! We prioritize where demand is high! We collaborate with people of like passion!

Due to the nature of our community outreaches, we are constantly open to welcoming new volunteers to join our mission programs. In addition, we are looking for volunteers, who are interested in supporting administrative related tasks and social media engagement. This will be framed as short-term engagements and is open to fresh graduates and youth corpers seeking internship, and in some cases undergraduates seeking industrial training experience.
