Please fill out this team registration contact form for ALL teams that you want to register for EYUC U17 2021 if it takes place as planned. The contacts as provided for each team will receive information directly as decisions are made. The final decision to move forward and host the event will be made by April 1st. It is important to note that no payments will need to be made until May 1st 2021 - this is NOT a commitment to attend but will help us get information to the team admins very quickly.

If you are not planning to send any teams, please still fill out the form (division “none”) and we will keep you informed if we decide to cancel or reschedule to later in the year.

The EUF European Youth Ultimate Championships Under 17 2021 (EYUC U17 2021) will be hosted in the city of Hollabrunn, Austria on Saturday 7th Aug. - Saturday 14th August. The event will feature national Ultimate teams in the Men´s, Mixed, and Women's Under-17 divisions.

Each EUF National Federation will be entitled to send one (1) team per division. This event is for National teams.

It is mandatory for each potential team to fill out this form. This form needs to be completed once for EACH TEAM.

The person who fills out this form - should be the team administrator, someone who can represent the teams needs, bookings and requirements between now and the start of the tournament. The team administrator going forward will assume all responsibility for distributing key information as it is shared from EUF and the TOC and will be responsible for meeting deadlines of payments and entering player registration details and answering questions as they come up. This person DOES NOT have to be coming to EYUC, and therefore if you are country coordinator, you might be looking after the administration for multiple teams.
