FC Lakeside U5s Registration for 23/24 Season
Please enter your details below to register your child with FC Lakeside U5s for the upcoming 2023/24 season. From September (date TBC), the U5s will be playing from 9am-10am on Saturday mornings at The Pavilion, Hatherley Road.

Please note, the U5s age group is for children who will be starting the Reception school year in September 2023.

As we have spaces available for 24 children, we will inform parents/guardians via this form once these spaces have been taken. At U5s, spaces do become available throughout the season so please bear with us and we will keep you updated as best we can. 

AS WE HAVE FILLED ALL OF THE AVAILABLE SPACES, WE ARE NOW OPERATING A WAITING LIST. IT’S VERY DIFFICULT TO ESTIMATE NEW START DATES BUT WE WILL BE IN TOUCH ASAP, STARTING AT THE TOP OF THE LIST. Please get in touch (contact below) if you have any questions). 

As soon as we have news on a start date, we will let parents know.
