DANCER | Project 01: Infinity Girl Group Online Application
Before continuing, please read through our Privacy Policy regarding all data collected and stored for the Project 01: Infinity Girl Group auditions.

The Dancer Application form should include 1-5 videos consisting of a:
 
Self-choreographed dance of any genre
A cover dance of a pre-existing choreography
Freestyle dance

Please aim to keep each video at a 30s - 1:30s duration.

We recommend that you upload a mixture of the above categories to express your full dance range. 
Please state, in any way you prefer, whether the dance is a pre-existing choreography, self-choreography and/or freestyle.

The video(s) can be uploaded below as a Google Drive/Dropbox link or a YouTube video link, using the hashtag #PDINFINITYAUDITION2024
 
Please make sure the videos are clear and in full resolution. 
 
Please ensure that the candidate also provides:

A clear headshot photo of themselves for identification purposes - this will be used to identify you for your audition.
 
These photos will also be accepted in a Google Drive/Dropbox link below. The photos must be unedited (with no filters used), a true likeness of yourself and of full resolution.
 
If you are under the age of 16 when filling out the application, it is recommended to use your parent/guardian's contact details. (Email and Phone Number) 
Please consult your parent/guardian before applying with audition materials if you are under the age of 16.

PD Infinity Ltd Privacy Policy
This privacy policy has been written in consideration of British Law.
PD Infinity Ltd. (Hereinafter, the "Company") values the personal information
of audition applicants (hereinafter, "applicants"), and complies with any relevant laws including the
Personal Information Protection Act.

The Company discloses through its privacy policy how it uses the personal information provided by
you and which actions it takes to protect personal information. If the personal information policy is
amended, the Company will publish such changes through website notification (or via individual
notification).

1. Items of Personal Information Collected
The Company collects personal information as below in the course of receiving Project 01: Infinity Girl Group audition applications and contacting successful applicants, etc.
Collected items: Name, date of birth, county, email address, mobile phone number, gender,
social media usernames, photos, videos and other content uploaded by applicants via file sharing links
Information collected from email enquiry: email address, name
- Method of personal information collection (From Google Forms via file sharing software links eg. Google Drive, Dropbox)

2. Collection and Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes:
- Determine, inform and disclose successful audition results and for training-related purposes
- Verify audition Applicant identity and duplicate applications
- Announcing information such as the audition schedule, etc.
- Process inquiries and complaints

3. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information
Personal information will be destroyed immediately and without delay after the purposes of
collection and use are accomplished. However, personal information may be stored for the duration
of the period required by related laws and regulations or for the purposes listed below, with consent
from the Applicant and before the expiration of the period of retention and use.
- For reasons for retention due to company policy: 3 years (to prevent fraudulent use, notification
of audition)

4. Process and Methods for Destroying Personal Information
The Company will delete and destroy any personal information immediately after the purposes of
retaining the information are accomplished. The information is destroyed according to the following
procedure and method.
- Procedure
The information entered for the audition will be destroyed after the purposes are accomplished and
the period has expired.
- Method
Personal information saved in electronic form will be deleted by a method that does not allow for
any possibility of data recovery. Personal information printed in paper form will be destroyed by a
paper shredder.

5. Provision of Personal Information
The Company does not provide the personal information of Applicants to third parties. However,
the following exceptions apply.
- When Applicants provided prior consent
- When required for relevant laws and regulations

6. Protecting the Personal Information of Minors
When the company collects personal information of those under 16 years of age or the age of
minority in the jurisdiction in which the audition is applied, the following additional procedures will
be in place to protect the personal information of minors.
(1) The Company will notify the legal representative of the privacy policy of the Company including
purposes of collection, sharing information, etc.
(2) The legal representative will be granted access to the child's personal information / be able to
revise or delete personal information / be able to suspend the processing of personal information /
revoke the consent provided previously.
(3) Collecting information beyond what is necessary for taking part in the audition will be restricted.

7. Rights of the Applicant and Legal Representative
- The applicant and their legal representative may request access to edit the personal
information of the child registered as the applicant at any time.
- If the applicant and their legal representative wish to access or edit personal information,
please contact the personal information protection manager through email for an immediate
response.
- If the applicant and his or her legal representative requests corrections to any errors in the personal
information, the information will not be used or provided until the correction has been made.
- Personal information deleted upon the request of the applicant and his or her legal representative
will be processed according to the “Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information” and shall
not be shared or used for any other purpose.

8. Technical/Administrative Measures to Protect Personal Information
(1) The Company takes the following technical measure to ensure that the Applicant’s personal
information does not become lost, stolen, exposed, altered/falsified, or damaged:
1. The Applicant’s personal information is protected via passwords and encrypted data. However,
the password or personal information may be exposed by the use of devices that are shared with
others. It is very important to take all measures to protect personal information.
Therefore, applicants are strongly urged to refrain from exposing or providing personal information
to strangers and responsibly manage their personal information. The Company is not liable for
any issues that arise due to the personal mistakes of Applicants or the inherent risks of the internet.
2. The personal information of applicants is protected by passwords and encryption. Important data
is protected by additional security measures by encrypting the file and data.
3. The Company takes measures to prevent computer virus damage by deploying security programs updated on a regular basis. If a virus infection occurs, digital security is provided upon release to address it and to protect personal information.
4. The Company uses secure, encrypted algorithms to transmit personal information over networks.
5. The Company operates a system to detect and prevent external penetration in order to protect
personal information from being leaked or damaged by hacking or viruses, with 24/7 system
monitoring. A duel system is in place to detect and block attacks to provide a further layer of
security against unexpected incidents.

(2) The Company acknowledges the importance of the personal information of the Applicants, and thus
minimizes the number of employees who handle personal information. The CPO(Chief Privacy Officer)
periodically educates employees in personal information protection. Moreover, the implementation
and compliance specified in this policy are regularly reviewed to identify any possible violations.
Any violations are corrected and the relevant processes are improved, along with other necessary
actions are taken to prevent a recurrence.

9. Duty of Disclosure
The privacy policy was initially established on January 10, 2022. Any addition, deletion and
amendment, according to changes in the government's policies and/or the Company's policies, will
be disclosed through our Company homepage. Any addition, deletion and amendment in the
privacy policy are effective from the date of publication.

Eligibility Criteria *
All applicants must be female (or identify as female) and full UK citizens - we cannot currently accept applications from citizens outside of the UK or citizens on Work/Student Visas.
