2021 CAC Shared Practice Proposal Submission
The California Department of Education is seeking educators who are interested in being a presenter at the 3rd annual California Assessment Conference (CAC) from October 12 through October 14, 2021.

The CAC will be held virtually.

The 2021 California Assessment Conference is a unique opportunity for classroom educators to explore connections between assessments and classroom instruction, and learn how to utilize assessment tools and resources to support teaching and learning, and hear from other local educational agencies. This conference has been designed to create collaboration opportunities for educators who wish to discover how other educators, schools, and districts integrate all components of the state assessment system.

Requirements for presentations and educators include:
--Presentation is approximately 60 minutes in length to allow time (15 minutes) for Q & A at the end.
--Presentations will aim to benefit the core audience of teachers, site admins, and curriculum staff.
--Presenters who wish to attend other conference sessions must register and pay the registration fees.

Please note all accepted Shared Practice presenters must:
-- attend an accessibility training (or watch a pre-recorded video if they can’t make the live session).
-- verify that they will create accessible materials.
-- share materials with attendees in each individual session using a shared link placed in the chat.
