Elite Adult:
Players must be Year 11 at school or older.
9am Friday 24th September - 5:30pm Sunday 26th September
5v5 plus goalies
Full sized court
Preliminary Games: 3 x 12min, last 2 mins effective time.
Play-off Games/Finals: 3 x 15min, last 2 mins of each period effective time.
Team cost: NZ$600

Open Adult:
Players must be Year 11 at school or older.

Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Placement Games: 2 x 12min, last 2 mins effective time.

Team list:
Please list each player's first and last name, shirt number, date of birth and school year (if at school).
If this information is currently unknown, you may fill this out later. Team lists and shirt numbers (shirt numbers are mandatory) are due by 5pm Monday 20th September. Please also list a team captain.

Referees/scoring duty:
Each team is to nominate a team official who is responsible for completing and signing the Match Record after each match.
All teams are required to provide 2 referees and 3 match officials, for certain games as determined in the WFO Fixture. Failure to do so will result in the team losing 2 points on the tournament ladder for each time in which referees do not attend a scheduled game.
Nominated referee list is due by 5pm Monday 20th September.

Other key info:

- A goalie is allowed to be substituted and then continue to play as a field player in the same game.
- Teams need to have matching shirts/colours. Numbers are compulsory.
- Mixed teams are allowed for both grades.
- A player can only represent one team in the tournament.
- A player licensed with Floorball NZ who wishes to play in the WFO tournament for an Elite grade team other than from the club that the player is licensed from, needs to have the written permission from the club they are licensed to. This permission needs to be presented to the WFO Tournament Organising committee before the start of the tournament otherwise the player will not be eligible to play for the team they are not licensed for.
