Please use this form to request tickets for the Christmas Concert with Vita Nova at St Giles-in-the-Field on 10th December at 7pm. Admission will be by programme, with cash or cheque payment on the day of the concert (no cards).

Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee that tickets will be available. You should receive an acknowledgement of your reservation from Music-at-Hill Concert Society, but if you have not heard back within 72 hours of your request, please check with the Artistic Director by emailing him at music-at-hill@hotmail.com.
