Parenting Series - Mental Health, Technology, & Our Kids

Studies are starting to point toward a greater percentage of teens and young people who struggle with anxiety, depression, and suicide ideation. It's a really complicated time to grow up. This talk elevates our understanding of their brains so that we elevate our empathy for why some teens do and feel the things that they do online.

Recommended for parents, caring adults, and kids ages 14+
