Scott Lefaver Planning and Real Estate Development Scholarship Form

Up to 30 students will be awarded the Scott Lefaver Planning and Real Estate scholarship each year—15 students who successfully complete URBP 206 and 15 who successfully complete URBP 208, securing a grade of "B" or better in each course. Eligibility is restricted to students who are currently enrolled in, or who have successfully completed, URBP 205. The scholarship will cover the tuition fee for a 3-unit course. Please note that you may apply for this scholarship twice – once each for successfully completing URBP 206 and URBP 208.

Directions:
1. Fill this form as soon as your grades for URBP 206 and URBP 208 are posted.
2. Email a .pdf of your unofficial transcript to urbanplanning@sjsu.edu with the title, "Lefaver Scholarship Transcripts."
3. If you're an Open University student, additional forms will be required. The department office will contact you.
4. Scholarship processing takes approximately 4-6 weeks.
