The MJPL requires all of the above information for legitimate & lawful reasons and it will be retained within the League, stored in a safe & secure place, with limited access by named individuals only, and it will not be disclosed to outside sources, exempting legitimate requests from law enforcement authorities or medical professionals, in the event of an emergency. It will be protected against any unauthorised or illegal access by internal or external parties.We require your consent to collect and retain this information.The records will be held securely on file for the duration of your membership with the League and thereafter for a reasonable period (in accordance with the law), after which they will be destroyed.At any stage you are allowed to request that we modify, erase, reduce or correct data contained in our databases.
